A PV system under the net-metering scheme applies to
households and small-scale businesses and is directly
connected to the electricity Network of the Electricity
Authority of Cyprus (EAC). EAC customers are able to cover
their daily energy consumption needs.

“RES and Energy Conservation Fund” also provides a financial subsidy of €250 per kW installed, to EAC consumers that wish to install a Photovoltaic system at their permanent residence.
